In the process of testing bees wax as a sealer for the pots I realized that I could add color to the wax and that the encaustic process would be great for the barrel fired micaceous clay due to its porosity. I am excited to integrate bright colors and the melted wax texture with the barrel fire process. I just seems to fit.
